Eamonn and Deirdre set up Greenhill Fruit Farm many years ago, following years of experience in the fruit industry. They ensue that the day to day sales orders are met. They believe in the importance of creating an experienced team around them and investing in continued training of the staff to ensure that each valued staff member reaches their potential.

Iliyan Zdravchev

Iliyan is our Farm Manager and responsible for the smooth day to day running of our farm including managing our staff. He meticulously plans each season ensuring our customers get only the sweetest, juiciest fruit

Mateusz Tutaj

Mateusz is our Field Manager and manages our harvest team, husbandry and culture work at our farm.

Cristian Lupu

Cristian is our Project Manager and is responsible for directing our maintenance and building crew throughout the year.

Ana Maria

Ana Maria is our Packhouse Manager and ensures our packhouse runs smoothly and our team are impeccably trained.

Anton Sashev

Anton Sashev is our Head Grower and is responsible for ensuring the health of the plants and constant supply of first class fruit throughout the growing season.

Cornel Anghel

Cornel Anghel is our Sprayer and ensures we manage our plants in a safe and sustainable way.

Andrew English

Andrew is head of irrigation and he also looks after our beehives which is an integral part of our biodiversity plans.

Michelle Doyle 

Michelle Doyle is our Human Resources and Health and Safety manager assisting both the admin and farm teams in the day to day running of Greenhill Fruit Farm

Office Staff

Between them they ensure the smooth running of the accounts department/catering - festival bookings/general office and wages department.
